Hey everyone, I got rear-ended pretty bad last Thursday and I'm still feeling really stiff and sore. The other guy's insurance company called me this morning with a 'quick settlement' offer. It covers the car repairs plus a couple thousand for my 'troubles.' Part of me wants to just take the money and be done with the stress, but I’m worried my back might get worse down the line. Has anyone else been through this? Should I actually talk to a lawyer first or am I just being paranoid?
