I was sitting at a red light and this box truck just slammed into my rear end. My neck is killing me today and the truck's insurance company has already called like three times wanting a recorded statement. They're being super nice but it feels a bit fast? I've never dealt with this before and I'm worried about saying the wrong thing. Any advice from people who've been through this?
