Hey guys, I got rear-ended last Tuesday and the other guy's insurance has already reached out saying they take full responsibility. They offered me a quick settlement check, but I've been having some pretty weird shooting pains in my shoulder since it happened. My sister says I shouldn't sign anything and should talk to a car accident attorney first, but I don't want to deal with the hassle if I don't have to. Has anyone been through this? Do lawyers actually get you enough extra to cover their 30% fee or am I better off just taking the check now?
