Hey everyone, so I was driving home from work yesterday and got rear-ended by a commercial delivery van. I'm okay for the most part, just some pretty bad neck pain today. Their insurance company already called me today offering a settlement to 'get it over with,' but I feel like it's a bit fast? I’ve never dealt with this before. Does anyone know if I should just sign the papers and take the money or should I actually look into getting a lawyer? I don't want to be 'that guy' who sues everyone but I also don't want to get screwed over if my neck gets worse. Any advice?
