I was rear-ended a few weeks ago and thought it would be straightforward since the other guy was clearly at fault. Now his insurance is offering a settlement that won't even cover my full deductible and the two chiropractic visits I've had so far. I'm worried that if I sign their paperwork, I'll be stuck paying out of pocket for future pain. Has anyone been through this? Do lawyers even take small cases like this or am I just overthinking it?
