So I got rear-ended last Tuesday and finally got the payout offer today. It's honestly a joke. I've looked up similar models in my area and there's no way I can replace my car with what they're offering. I’ve never dealt with this before and I’m worried that if I hire a lawyer, their fees will just eat up whatever extra money I might get. Has anyone actually had luck fighting these guys on their own, or should I just get a consultation?
