So I got rear-ended last week and the other driver's insurance has been blowing up my phone wanting a recorded statement. My neck is starting to feel pretty stiff, but I haven't seen a doctor yet. I don't want to be 'that person' who sues everyone, but I also don't want to get screwed over if this turns into a long-term thing. Should I just ignore them until I talk to an attorney, or is it okay to just tell them what happened?
