Hey guys, looking for some advice. I got rear-ended about 8 days ago. At first, I thought I was totally fine, just a little shook up. But the last two mornings I’ve woken up with this crazy stiffness and shooting pain down my shoulder. The other driver's insurance already called me asking to settle for a small amount. I've never dealt with this before—is it worth getting an attorney involved for something 'minor' or will they just take all the money anyway?
