So about three weeks ago, this guy backed into my parked car at a grocery store. He admitted fault, we swapped info, and I filed a claim with his insurance. Since then? Absolute radio silence. I've called his adjuster like four times and keep getting voicemail. My bumper is literally hanging on by zip ties right now.
