Why did my car insurance spike by $60 a month when I have a completely clean driving record?

Just got my renewal notice and my monthly premium went up significantly. No tickets, no accidents, same 2019 Honda Civic. Is this happening to everyone else right now? Should I bother shopping around or is every company raising rates like this?
