I was rear-ended this morning on my way to work. It wasn't my fault and the police report says the same. Now the other guy's insurance company is blowing up my phone asking for a recorded statement. I'm still a bit shaken up and my neck is starting to feel stiff. Should I even talk to them or am I better off getting a lawyer first? I don't want to mess this up.
