So I was in a minor crash yesterday and the guy who hit me was super nice at the scene, saying he didn't see me. Well, I just got off the phone with my insurance and apparently he's now claiming I cut him off. I'm worried this is going to ruin my rates and I'm starting to feel some back pain today too. Is it overkill to call a car accident attorney for a fender bender, or should I just trust the insurance process? I've never dealt with this before and I'm pretty stressed.
