Hey guys, I was in a car accident last Tuesday (not my fault, the other guy rear-ended me at a red light). I'm starting to get some pretty bad back pain, but now his insurance company is calling me non-stop wanting a 'recorded statement' about what happened. My friend says I shouldn't talk to them without a lawyer, but I don't want to make things complicated if they're just trying to help. Has anyone dealt with this before? Do I have to give them a statement right now or am I better off waiting until I see a doctor?
