It happened yesterday. My neck is a bit stiff today but nothing crazy. The other driver's insurance adjuster called me this morning asking for a recorded statement and saying they want to 'settle things quickly.' I've never been in a car accident before and don't want to get screwed over, but I also don't want to deal with a lawyer if I don't have to. Is it safe to just talk to them, or will I regret not getting an attorney?
