Hey everyone, looking for some honest advice. I got rear-ended on my way to work last Tuesday. The other driver was clearly at fault and got ticketed. My neck has been super stiff and sore, but I haven't gone to the ER or anything yet, just taking Advil. Today, his insurance adjuster called me and offered $1,500 to 'settle things quickly' and cover my immediate trouble. It sounds tempting because I have bills to pay, but a coworker told me I shouldn't sign anything yet. Should I talk to a personal injury lawyer first, or is $1,500 actually a decent offer for a minor fender bender? I've never dealt with this before.
