Hey guys, I got into my first real accident yesterday (got rear-ended at a stoplight) and I'm honestly pretty stressed. My car is basically totaled and my neck is starting to feel really stiff today. The other guy's insurance company has already called me like four times this morning asking for a 'recorded statement.' My brother told me to never talk to them without a lawyer, but I don't want to be difficult if it's just standard procedure. Has anyone been through this? I'm worried if I say the wrong thing they'll deny my claim or something. Any advice on how to handle these adjusters?
